Privacy policy.
This site exists to start confidential conversations with facility owners and their advisors. We treat what you send us accordingly.
What we collect
- What you choose to send. Form submissions and emails reach us with whatever you include: name, contact details, facility information.
- Routine server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP address and pages visited, to run and secure the site. We run no advertising trackers.
What we do with it
One thing: evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Your information is not sold, not shared for marketing, and not added to lists you didn't ask for. Inquiries are read by Weatherly's principal and, where relevant, by professional advisors bound by confidentiality.
Business records and the NDA stage
Reaching out at all is sensitive, so inquiries are treated as confidential from the first message. Detailed records such as census, billing, payroll, and debt schedules change hands only under a mutual NDA during a formal evaluation, and are returned or destroyed on request if no deal follows.
Do not send patient information
This website is not a channel of care and is not built to receive protected health information. Please leave patient names, records, and identifying details out of the form and out of email. No stage of an initial evaluation requires them. Clinical data reviewed in a formal engagement is governed by separate written agreements addressing applicable healthcare privacy law.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry records while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. Write to us any time to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Material changes to this policy will appear on this page with a new date.
